Free 1 Month Pantry Meal Plan

Take the stress out of meal planning with this cheap and easy 1 month pantry meal plan. There are pantry recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner for Monday-Friday and the other two days are for leftovers. I personally like to have leftovers Wednesday and Saturday, but you can switch around what days you want to have leftovers. These recipes utilize pantry staples such as pasta, rice, and canned foods like tuna, spam, vegetables along with some common ingredients like eggs, milk, cheese, etc.
