I’m sharing an easy and cheap project … and one that’s brought a ton of charm to our kitchen.
This was really very easy and adds so much character and rustic charm to our home! The first thing I did was go on the hunt for some free pallet wood and it was pretty easy to find.
The next thing I did was dig through my Grandmother’s old silverware for some large silver plated forks. I knew stainless spoons would be more difficult to bend. I found 4 large forks and two of them were different so I used the different ones every other one and it isn’t noticeable. I was worried that it would be, but it worked fine.
If you can’t function without your morning cup of joe, you aren’t alone. Americans consume more than 400 million cups of coffee per day, so it should come as no surprise that coffee stations are becoming a must-have design element in today’s home.
I had so many coffee mugs in my cabinet that I needed another place to put them, so this sure helped out with that problem! Although, I made mine larger to hold more mugs, since I was in need for more space.
