It’s officially September so that means we can start breaking out the fall decor! It’s still 100 degrees here in Texas, but I’m anxiously awaiting the fall weather. It’s a good time to start preparing for fall and start busting out the craft supplies to make pumpkins!
Fall is the prettiest time of the year, especially if you live in a region where the leaves start changing colors and we’re ready for things to cool down after a long hot summer. The days grow shorter, the nights get a slight chill and we start getting the itch to start DIY projects! And, I’m sharing this cool concrete pumpkin project with you today that you’re gonna just love.
You’ll never believe how easy these pumpkins are to make. This is one sure fire way to have pumpkins last longer than the real ones!
These look great displayed on your front porch or in your garden. You can leave them in their natural concrete color or paint them…whatever strikes your fancy!
You can buy the paper molds or the plastic pumpkins from the dollar store, depending on how you want your pumpkins to look. If you choose the plastic pumpkins, you can carve out a space to sit your tea lights in.
