Unfortunately, it’s always the women who have been cursed with that dreadful thing called cellulite! Approximately 85% of women experience a cellulite problem and it’s accumulated most commonly in the thighs. It doesn’t matter how thin I’ve gotten it’s still hanging around! Well, here’s a DIY that can help all of us who suffer from this curse.
According to Wikepedia, the definition of cellulite: “Cellulite (also known as adiposis edematosa, dermopanniculosis deformans, status protrusus cutis, gynoid lipodystrophy, and orange peel syndrome) is the herniation of subcutaneous fat within fibrous connective tissue that manifests topographically as skin dimpling and nodularity, often on the pelvic region (specifically the buttocks), lower limbs, and abdomen. Cellulite occurs in most post-pubescent females.”
We all know that that wonderful coffee we drink in the morning is a diuretic, but what a lot of us didn’t know is that it can be applied to the skin and still works as a diuretic! Miss Ela Gale has a formula that she uses to break up that cellulite so those fatty pockets will even out, creating a much smoother surface in those unwanted lumpy areas of our body!
I don’t know how many of you watch the Kardashians, or will admit it, but there’s an episode where Kim goes in to have a procedure done on her cellulite. They use a piece of equipment that vibrates the cellulite, causing it to break up and smooth out. This DIY is basically that same theory, only it’s manual and a heck of a lot cheaper!
I’ve gotten into a routine of doing this, when I’m in the shower, and by golly I’m actually seeing the results! I thought I would have to live with this the rest of my life! I’m pleased to announce that over a small amount of time this really does make a difference! Now I can actually put on a swimsuit and feel like I don’t have to hide my back side!
Watch Ela Gale’s step by step tutorial so you can get busy smoothing out those problem areas!
