I don’t know about you, but I have a terrible hankering every night, after dinner, to have something that’s chocolate.
There are times when I feel hungry pretty soon after eating dinner, therefore, after watching this video, it makes me wonder if what this guy is saying in the video I’ve attached isn’t the reason!
I stopped drinking diet sodas, a while back, and I did notice that I didn’t feel like I was starving right after eating a meal. I thought that was the culprit, and I’m sure it was, but, apparently sugar has a lot to do with it as well!
There are 12 signs that you are eating too much sugar and I was really surprised by what I learned from this interesting video. What he says makes complete sense. I don’t believe he means that we can’t ever eat sugar again, but it’s good to be aware of how much sugar we really are consuming.
This video also made me think about how forgetful I am at times and if sugar is having something to do with that as well.
It’s good to be aware of these things and that what we put into our bodies can actually have a huge effect on how we feel on a daily basis.
This has certainly made me think about how much sugar I allow my grandchildren to have when they are with me. I know they think I’m the “Candy Monster”, and, I’ll have to admit, I am that Grandmother!
